• Mr. Vishwanath H S, Proprietor of SANYOG Laser Tech and Alumni of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, delivered a technical talk on “Revolutionizing Precision and Efficiency: Recent Breakthroughs in Laser Cutting Technology” on 24th May 2025.
• The Department of Mechanical Engineering, in association with IIC, organised a poster presentation on “Creativity and Innovation, Changing the World” on 21st May 2025.
• Exploring Innovation at IMTEX 2025 – Bridging classroom learning with cutting-edge industry trends.
• The Department of Mechanical Engineering, in association with IIC, organised a technical talk on “Recent Technological Advancements in CRIP Sector & Project Communication Challenges and Techno-Managerial Opportunities” on 5th December 2024.
• Hands-on Learning in Action: Mechanical Engineering students exploring industrial practices at Sun Casting.
• The Department of Mechanical Engineering organised a project exhibition for students to showcase their work on 20th December 2024.
• Mr. Vijay Kumar secured VTU 2nd rank in the Department of Mechanical Engineering for the academic year 2021–22.
